For four months, I collaborated with the product design consultancy
jndc to create an effective visual representation of their ‘Design and
Project Review’ process. This review process is instrumental in helping
their clients reduce risk during product development.
Tests with potential clients demonstrated the importance of gradually
revealing JNDC’s questions, tools, and workshops to avoid overwhelming
the client. This insight led me to design an interactive, game-like board
that allows the JNDC team to slowly disclose the necessary steps,
making client consultations more engaging, memorable, and accessible.
Moreover, I created a digital version in Figma for situations where
consultations need to be conducted online, as well as additional printed materials.
